Privacy Policy
AIggregate Labs · Effective October 26, 2026
1. Who we are and what this covers
This Privacy Policy applies to aiggregatelabs.com and its subdomains, the website of AIggregate Labs LLC, and any related apps, emails, chat, and services that link to this policy (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by AIggregate Labs LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"), which is the controller of the personal information described here. By using the Services, you acknowledge this policy and, to the extent permitted by law, consent to the practices it describes.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact and identity data: name, email address, phone number, business details, and social-media handles you give us.
- Form and inquiry data: anything you submit in a contact, quote, booking, or offer form, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, address, and message.
- Communications: the content of emails, chat-widget conversations, support requests, surveys, and messages you send us, including attachments.
Information collected automatically
- Device and network data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, time zone, and identifiers set by cookies or similar technologies.
- Usage data: pages and content viewed, links clicked, referring URLs and UTM parameters, search terms, time spent, and how you interact with the Services, including mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and keystrokes in form fields where session-recording tools are used.
- Approximate location: city, region, and country derived from your IP address.
Information from other sources
Service providers, advertising and analytics partners, data and enrichment providers, sign-in providers (such as Google), social networks, our affiliates, and publicly available sources, including information about businesses and their public social-media accounts. We may combine this with information we already hold.
3. Cookies, pixels, session recording and chat
We and our partners use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies on the Services. These include tools from providers such as Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads), Meta, Microsoft, and other analytics, advertising, visitor-identification, session-replay, and live-chat providers, which we may add or change at any time. These tools may:
- record and replay your session, including clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and text you type into form fields before you submit;
- log and store the full content of any chat or AI-assistant conversation, which may be transmitted to and stored by the chat or AI provider;
- let our partners collect information about your activity on the Services and across other websites and apps over time, to measure performance and to show you targeted advertising;
- attempt to associate your visit with a person or company (visitor identification).
By using the Services you consent to this monitoring, recording, and interception of your communications with the Services by us and by the providers acting for us. If you do not consent, do not use the chat, forms, or Services. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, use browser privacy controls, and opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com. Do Not Track: there is no common standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, so we do not respond to them; we do honor Global Privacy Control as described in section 10.
4. How we use information
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we may use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and support the Services, and process transactions;
- communicate with you, including service messages, responses to inquiries, and marketing and promotional messages (subject to your opt-out rights);
- advertise, including targeted and cross-context behavioral advertising, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and measuring ad performance;
- analyze, research, and develop new and existing products, features, and business lines, including training and improving algorithms and AI models;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and illegal activity, and enforce our terms;
- comply with legal obligations, respond to legal process, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
- create aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data, which we may use and share for any purpose; and
- any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection or with your consent.
5. How we share information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers and processors such as hosting and CDN (Cloudflare, Hetzner, Railway), email, payment processors, customer support, analytics, AI providers, and IT and security vendors;
- Advertising, analytics, and marketing partners, including social networks and ad networks, which may use the information for their own purposes as described in their policies;
- Business partners and clients where you ask for a quote, service, or introduction, or where you participate in a joint offering;
- Affiliates: companies under common ownership or control with AIggregate Labs LLC, including FindClout;
- Buyers and successors in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, including this domain;

- Others with your consent or at your direction.
6. AI processing
We use third-party artificial-intelligence providers (for example, through OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) to process content and communications, including prompts, chat transcripts, uploaded files and images, and form submissions, to generate responses, summarize, classify, and improve the Services. That content is transmitted to those providers and handled under their terms. Do not submit sensitive information you do not want processed this way.
7. Sensitive information
We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, health information, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, or information about racial or ethnic origin, religion, or sex life) and ask that you not send it to us. If you send it anyway, you consent to our processing it as described in this policy. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not collect biometric identifiers or face geometry.
8. Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements, and then delete or de-identify it. Some records, such as transaction records and communications, may be retained for extended periods. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, but no system is completely secure and you provide information at your own risk. We will notify affected individuals and regulators of a data breach as required by law.
9. Your choices and rights
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Texts: reply STOP. Service messages may continue.
- Cookies and ads: see section 3.
- Access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out: depending on where you live, you may have the rights described in sections 10–12. We will verify your request by matching information we hold (for example, by confirming control of your email address) and respond within the time the law requires (generally 45 days in the US and one month in the EU/UK, extendable where permitted). You may use an authorized agent; we may require proof of the agent's authority and verify your identity directly. Rights are subject to legal exceptions.

12. EEA, UK and Swiss users
AIggregate Labs LLC is the controller. We process personal data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Services you request); legitimate interests (operating, securing, analyzing, and improving the Services, business development, and fraud prevention, balanced against your rights); consent (non-essential cookies and tracking, and direct marketing where required; you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing); and legal obligation. Contact: privacy@findclout.com.
13. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email privacy@findclout.com and we will delete it.
14. Third-party sites and services
The Services may link to or embed third-party websites, apps, and content that have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them; review their policies.
Calls, texts and lead forms
If you submit a form with your phone number, you agree that we and the businesses we work with may contact you about your inquiry by phone call, text message, and email, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or email privacy@findclout.com. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.
15. Changes
We may update this policy at any time by posting the new version here and updating the effective date. If we make a material change that expands how we use personal information we already collected, we will give additional notice and obtain consent where the law requires.
